In this session the photographer offers feedback and guidance to help you improve your photography skills. The photographer will be examining your images with a critical eye, looking for strengths and weaknesses in your composition, technical execution, and overall style. The goal is to help you take your photography to the next level by identifying areas for improvement and offering constructive feedback. You will receive tips and suggestions on how to improve your work.

Julia Baier
Julia Baier is a photographer and lecturer based in Berlin, Germany.
For over twenty-five years, her work has been driven by a deep fascination with the connection between people and water. Through her photography, Baier explores coasts, rivers, and poolside scenes, seeking to understand the profound relationship between water and human experience—both individual and social.
She has been recognized with numerous honors, including the BFF Promotion Award, second prize in the European Architecture Photography Award, and a nomination for the World Press Photo Masterclass. Baier was also a finalist for the prestigious Leica Oskar Barnack Award. Since 2019, she has been a member of the international street photography collective UP Photographers (@upphotographers).
