What comes to mind when you hear the term “street photography”? Probably streets and big cities. While we can't take the streets out of street photography, we can take it out of the city and into smaller places. Because street photography is just as powerful outside urban environments. You don’t have to go far from your front door to capture compelling images.
That is why, for this edition of the Brussels Street Photography Festival, we are launching an extra open call to shine a spotlight on Belgian street photographers with the theme: “Non-City Street Photography.”
Participation in this contest to get a chance to exhibit at the festival is free. Only residents of Belgium can participate in this open call. By participating, you agree to the contest rules.
You may submit a maximum of three images.
The deadline is May 4 at 11:59 pm.
We will let you know during the week of May 5 whether your image will be shown in the exhibition.
