THE BSPF RETROSPECTIVE: AN EXPEDITION THROUGH THE EYES OF THE FEMALE FINALISTS

Immerse yourself in the captivating world of street photography at our finalists' retrospective exhibition. As part of the 2023 edition of the BSPF, this exhibition traces the journey of the festival's past editions finalists, particularly emphasizing the distinctive perspectives of female photographers. Uncover the unique narratives and striking moments captured by female creatives, shedding light on their profound contributions to this raw and dynamic art form. We celebrate their keen eyes and profound ability to portray everyday life, their cameras skillfully telling stories of humanity on our city streets. This is more than an exhibition; it celebrates creativity and acknowledges the empowering female force in street photography. As we stroll down memory lane, we also step into the future, championing a more inclusive and diverse lens for street photography.

Photographers of the BSPF Retrospective are Maude Bardet, Deb Bonney, Sharon Brouns, Virginie Caquot, Julia Coddington, Sigrid Debusschere, Gisele Duprez, Ximena Echague, Cristina Embil, Niki Gleoudi, Sonia Granata, Julie Hrudova, Olesia Kim, Ania Klosek, Kristina Koroleva, Katarzyna Kubiak, Steffi Loffler, Linda Maclean, Jolanta Mazur, Yulia Olshansky, Jutharat Pinyodoonyachet, Clea Samson, Katarzyna Urbanek, Kristin Van den Eede and Tatum Wulff.
