Description

Photo projection by The Street Collective.

This is a free event. No RSVP needed.

The photo projection will be running the whole weekend of the BSPF.

“The Street Collective” is an international photography collective founded in 2013. Although all of the currently seven members are coming from different countries, they are united in their enthusiasm to give significance to the elusive and seemingly insignificant moments of everyday life and share a longtime interest for documenting their individual environment from a personal perspective. Their aim is to realize cross-national group projects, to discuss their work within a peer group, to expand their network to an international audience and to offer other photographers the possibility to contribute to public projects.

Currently the collective’s work is on display in Abecita Konstmuseum in Borås/Sweden. During the BSPF 2016 they showcase their collective edit “What’s next?” for the very first time.

The Street Collective Members:

  • – Fabian Schreyer, Augsburg/Germany
  • – Vineet Vohra, Delhi/India
  • – Gabi Ben Avraham, Tel Aviv/Israel
  • – Dmitry Stepanenko, London/England
  • – Mats Alfredsson, Borås/Sweden
  • – Yves Vernin, Marseilles/France
  • – Forrest Walker, Portland/Oregon
